Voltage Regulator

Our Servo Voltage Regulator or Automatic Voltage Stabilizers, consist of a Toroidal Variac, Booster Transformer, Servo Motor, and Microprocessor control circuit. The microprocessor-based electronic card measures the mains voltage. And adjusts the position of the supply with the servomotor so that the output voltage is 220 VAC or 380 VAC.

A Servo stabilizer is a system, which provides stable Alternate Current (AC) output voltage where the input power supply voltage changes drastically. It protects the costly equipment from high and low voltage problems. It also increases the life of equipment increases the productivity of machinery and reduces wastage and damage of raw materials by providing a stable electric supply.

Static Voltage Regulator is the first solution for grid fluctuations in the best way possible.  With adequate regulation speed (1000 V/sec.) and full protection, by compensating the difference between phases as well as voltage fluctuations, it ensures the connected systems operate reliably. Since the output voltage tolerance is ±1%, the electronic stabilizer is an ideal solution to secure the electronic load.

Static Voltage Regulator is an IGBT-based PWM-based buck-boost voltage stabilizer that can reach tight regulation and so rapid correction speeds that are not achievable with conventional methods such as servo voltage stabilizers, and SCR / triac-based stabilizers.
